About the Presenter:

Maureen Healy is President and Founder of Signature Cultures™, where she supports companies' transformation from disconnected workplaces into inclusive, high-performing cultures. Author of the recently-published Water for Swans and Landings for Eagles: The Definitive Guide to Designing Successful, Inclusive Cultures, Maureen writes about how companies can create work environments and cultures that facilitate women's access to and success in the C-Suite and partnership ranks. She highlights the importance of incorporating feminine design preferences into all aspects of workplace environments in order for women leaders to thrive.

Maureen introduces a new conversation about how corporations can design inclusive cultures in which both women and men can excel – taking us beyond the gender equity programs that companies have implemented over the past 30 years. Her approach looks to the enduring designs in nature as a template for creating cultures where women can attain the highest levels of leadership. Her innovative Helix in Motion™ model harnesses the connections between structural designs, performance, and success. The scientific underpinning of her work was featured recently in the Wall Street Journal, regarding how the set-up and design of work spaces can impact interpersonal and meeting dynamics.

Maureen's book was recently selected to be featured in getAbstract, the world's largest independent online library of the best business book summaries, which reaches millions of individual subscribers as well as Fortune 500 companies. Maureen's presentation to TSBF will launch her 2014 speaking engagements, which will include a presentation to the American Bar Association Women Rainmakers in San Diego, the Chicago Bar Association Women's Alliance, and the Notre Dame Women Connect's Business Speaker Series.
